LA Boxing New Location

Pat Barton is opening another, new LA Boxing gym this Saturday, August 13. It’s located in Eastern Market (right next to Whole Foods Market and Pei Wei) in the Fair Lakes section of Fairfax—just a quick sprint from Fair Oaks Mall. This is the sixth gym for Pat and his partners with the Fair Lakes location joining those in Reston/Herndon, Chantilly, Woodbridge/Manassas, Orlando, Florida and Tyson’s Corner.

The Bag Cage

Inside you’ll find the same free weights, cardio and strength machines as larger gyms, sitting right next to some things you won’t find in most other workout facilities. LA Boxing has a bag cage—rows of solid, steel-frame grids with (30) 150-pound Muay Thai heavy bags. Feel the same energy and excitement as boxing pros when you step into the professional boxing ring. Want something more hardcore? Check out their MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) half-cage ready for some straight-up MMA training. They’ve got showers, too, and good eats are immediately across the street. Grand Opening this Saturday:  9AM to 2PM

Come and visit this Saturday, August 13, for the grand opening celebration from 9AM to 2PM. They have special rates during the grand opening. This is a great chance to check out their boxing, kickboxing, BJJ/MMA classes, use their free weights, participate in some strength training and join in on a class (different classes for adults and kids).
